1. DEFINITIONS

All offers are subject to availability.

Obvious typographical errors do not bind the Company.

6. FORMATION OF THE AGREEMENT

7. PAYMENT

Orders will not be shipped until payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or force majeure.

Risk of loss transfers to the Customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

9. RETURN POLICY & RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

Customers may request cancellation within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that:

The Product remains unopened, unused, and in original condition;
The Product is returned in its original packaging.

9.4 Refunds

If the return is approved:

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from Company error.

The Company reserves the right to withhold reimbursement until the returned goods are received and inspected.

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware, United States.
